Building is 100% owner occupied. I have heard a previous HOA president state that there is a minimum one month lease for rentals in the property. However, I am not aware of that in writing anywhere including the two documents I have: bylaws and articles of incorporation. It is unclear whether short term rentals are allowed. Since I bought the property in 2016 I am not aware of any short term rentals in the building, and I believe the other unit owners would not be excited about short term rentals in the building.
